Certain features of Pulse require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
• Payments must be made by the applicable due date.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Applicable taxes and government charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Enterprise customers may be subject to separate commercial agreements that supplement these Terms.

Pulse integrates with third-party providers including messaging platforms, email delivery providers, SMS gateways, payment processors and other business services.

Your use of these services may also be governed by the terms, policies and conditions of the respective providers.

Kiinara Interactive Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of third-party services.

Pulse, including its software, branding, documentation, design, trademarks, logos and related materials, is the intellectual property of Kiinara Interactive Solutions and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Pulse or any of its intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of your contacts, campaigns, templates, reports and any content that you upload or create using the platform.

We strive to provide a reliable and secure communication platform. However, Pulse may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure upgrades or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary to improve or maintain our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pulse immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Required subscription payments remain unpaid.
• Your account is involved in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Your use of Pulse creates a security or operational risk.

You may stop using Pulse and close your account at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual or payment obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiinara Interactive Solutions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the platform will always meet your specific business requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiinara Interactive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of Pulse.

Our total liability relating to any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiinara Interactive Solutions, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Pulse.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Any communication, content or data transmitted through your account.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal obligations.

Any updates will be published on this page together with the revised publication date. Your continued use of Pulse after those changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
